The best Samsung Kies Alternative

A lot of Samsung mobile users wondering whether there's an alternative to while using Samsung Kies software to manage Android . . . from phone or tablet to pc. The point people are not using Kies is that the Kies is sucks and Samsung support websites were no use at all.
